• Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Perform bending, stooping, twisting, extended reaching, and ladder or step stool climbing while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a strong grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension.
• Show a passion for fashion and an interest in the latest trends.
• Create curated fashion looks with products during your shift.

Compensation Range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour.

Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, vision insurance, voluntary welfare plans, bonus plan eligibility, 401(k) match, vacation time, sick time*, and paid leave. Part‑time employees receive voluntary welfare plans, 401(k) match, vacation time, sick time*, and paid leave in required states. For Washington state employees, paid sick time accrues at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
