Supports the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations for sale floor. Achieve pricing goals and strategically price donations according to guidelines to maximize revenue.

Greets and thanks donors, accepts donations, helps keep the production area organized and plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to donors and team members.

Organizes the sales floor and assists customers in finding items. Serves as an ambassador for Goodwill, providing outstanding customer service and answering questions about Goodwill or donations.

Builds relationships with customers, accurately rings up sales transactions, and informs customers how their purchases support employment opportunities. Excellent customer service is key.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shift while maintaining customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds while maintaining customer service standards.
