• Provide high‑quality customer service and troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Work year‑round with no on‑call, overnight work, and flexible shift schedules available.
• Use fully stocked, take‑home company vehicle and gas card.
• Wear professional uniform and use company cleaning service.
• Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in‑house Learning & Development team (technical, sales, safety, leadership, systems).
• Leverage national network for professional growth, development, and transfer opportunities.

• At least 5 years residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
