We are a private dental practice located in Lomita (near South Torrance/Rolling Hills) seeking a Spanish speaking dental receptionist to join our team. Dental Assistants who want to try Front Office are welcome to apply!

Dental Office Experience Necessary – min 1 year

This is a full-time position with performance bonus, medical & dental benefits, 401(k), and company perks. Performance bonus is paid monthly, quarterly and annually.

We are a team-oriented practice where the team members not only work well together but help each other when needed. We take pride in offering the highest customer service and care to our patients.

• Answer calls, text messages and emails.
• Scheduling patients for appointments and follow-up calls after treatment
• Welcoming patients and coordinating their documents as they come in for their treatments
• Calling insurance companies for benefit eligibility
• Data management
• Translation and presentation of treatments for Spanish speaking patients
• Patient intake
• Checking out patients and taking payments
