Title: Clinical Director
Job Duties: The Clinical Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Clinical Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. They will ensure all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives as identified in their treatment plan.
The Clinical Director will provide in service training as needed and supervise program staff.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting; one year shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

About the Campus: Crestwood Champion Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Lompoc, a beautiful Central Coast city in Santa Barbara County, known as “The City of Arts and Flowers.” Champion Healing Center has innovative trauma-informed recovery programs that are based on Crestwood’s commitment to providing a continuum of care that puts persons served with significant mental health issues on the road to recovery.
Pay Range: $104,000 USD - $145,600 USD
