Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle bookkeeping for various clients

• Prepare payroll and ensure regulatory compliance

• Set up and maintain client budget files

• Reconcile various GL accounts and identify discrepancies

• Engage with governments for compliance matters

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting is an advantage

• One year experience in full cycle bookkeeping

• Experience with accounting principles and software such as QBO and Xero

• Knowledge of corporate and payroll taxes

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
