Finance and Accounting Manager

As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will report to the Vice President and VP of Operations, steering all finance department activities. This pivotal role combines full cycle accounting, cash flow management, and compliance oversight while fostering a high-performing team. Bring strong analytical skills to ensure financial stability and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial department operations, ensuring accurate accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee cash flow performance and financial forecasting

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience

• CPA designation preferred, not mandatory

• Experience in multi-entity environments is an asset

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
