This role demands a motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in full cycle bookkeeping and proficiency in Odoo or a similar ERP system. You will be integral to ensuring accurate account management and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions and general ledger maintenance

• Oversee daily cash collection and account receivables reporting

• Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax requirements

• Complete monthly and year-end account reconciliations

• Communicate with regional managers on customer payment status

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in ERP systems

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Professional demeanor and appearance

• Proficiency in Odoo, Quick Books, and MS Office

• Ability to function well under pressure
