Hybrid Accounting Specialist

You will be involved in improving payment services and responding to banking correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review payment transactions processed by accounting clerks

• Approve bank transactions and identify compliance trends

• Ensure adherence to college policies and accounting standards

• Initiate settlement runs in Workday and monitor cash payments

• Administer the P-Card program and assess cardholder compliance

Requirements:

• 3-year diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable

• Familiarity with banking processes and electronic payments

• Experience with GAAP and ERP systems, especially Workday

• Proven analytical and compliance review skills
