Join JAN-PRO as a Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager, where attention to detail and experience with ERP systems like Odoo are essential. This role demands high task volume management and accuracy.

In this key role, you will report directly to the President and hone your skills in full-cycle bookkeeping over 3-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with Federal and Provincial regulations. Ongoing training is encouraged to support your professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions and general ledger

• Oversee daily cash collections and receivables

• Ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations

• Complete account reconciliations and report to accountants

• Maintain inventory control in the office

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in an ERP system

• Proficient in Odoo, Quick Books, and MS Office

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations

• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions
