Position: Senior Accounting Coordinator Role

In this role, you will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including vendors and project teams to resolve discrepancies and provide critical financial information. Your skills will support timely transaction entry, system testing, and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and project site payments accurately

• Verify and resolve billing queries from all stakeholders

• Prepare regulatory reports and site activity documentation

• Assist team members with account reconciliations

• Provide training on financial systems to new employees

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred

• Proficient in Excel for reporting needs

• Experience with high volume accounts payable

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
