Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Manage the AR portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts.
Initiate collection follow‑ups with clients regarding overdue payments.
Maintain accurate AR and billing records within internal systems.
Review WIP reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Post payments and investigate variances.
Experience:
5-10 years’ of similar Accounts receivable experience.
Post secondary education in accounting.
Proficiency with AR/billing systems and intermediate Excel, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with Work In Progress is a definite asset.
