Ellis Don is seeking a Costing Assistant with two years of relevant experience or a mix of training and experience. You will coordinate cost transfers, ensure accurate payroll labor allocation, and manage new project setups using financial systems. Effective communication and relationship-building will enhance your contributions to both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve accounts payable batches
• Create vouchers for cost transfers and code generation
• Coordinate labor allocation with payroll team
• Assist finance teams in project management systems
• Set up new projects and perform assigned duties
Requirements:
• Two years of related experience or equivalent training
• Familiarity with construction accounting and AS400
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
