Billing Coordinator You will audit vendor invoices, manage client billing, and support financial operations while working remotely.
Responsibilities Audit vendor invoices in accordance with service contracts
Bill clients for required charges
Answer billing‑related questions from clients
Collaborate with the Financial Controller, Billing Manager, and other team members
Perform various finance duties and ad‑hoc project work as needed
Qualifications Accounting‑related degree or diploma preferred
1+ year of equivalent experience
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced workplace with shifting priorities on short notice
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, One Note, etc.)
Experience with accounting software such as Xero preferred
