In this position, you will actively manage payroll tasks, ensuring accurate calculations and processing for various employee scenarios.
Your role includes liaising with external agencies, preparing comprehensive reports, and maintaining data integrity within the payroll system. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant regulations while ensuring compliance in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll calculations, including premiums and overtime
• Manage payroll system maintenance and annual reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and year-end payroll reports
• Liaise with software providers for timely payroll adjustments
• Verify accuracy of deductions and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• Payroll certification and relevant experience required
• Advanced knowledge of payroll regulations and accounting practices
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll processing systems
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
