• Supervise all accounting operations including payroll and AP/AR
• Prepare and review detailed financial statements
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close activities
• Ensure compliance and support during audits
• Manage plant IT systems and support global operations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business field
• Required CA, CMA, CGA, or CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of Tier 1 automotive experience
• Proven track record in team management
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
