Position: Full Cycle Bookkeeper at MNP
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Support MNP as a Full Cycle Bookkeeper in our Cloud Accounting Services team. Utilize modern technology to manage payroll and financial reporting for various clients.

This accounting technician position involves comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll support. Candidates should have at least one year of experience and a foundational understanding of accounting principles. Expertise in cloud accounting tools like QBO and Xero is advantageous, as you'll handle payroll management, budget planning, and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping and payroll functions for MNP clients

• Prepare and maintain payroll remittances and record financial transactions

• Set up client files and assist in budget completion

• Reconcile general ledger accounts including cash and bank reconciliations

• Identify discrepancies and develop resolutions with supervisors

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting preferred

• Minimum of 1 year full cycle bookkeeping experience

• Familiarity with cloud accounting software like QBO or Xero

• Understanding of sales and payroll taxes

• Experience with desktop bookkeeping software beneficial
