• Oversee daily financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for three companies
• Lead budgeting and forecasting to support business decisions
• Manage and forecast cash flow to meet operational needs
• Maintain internal controls for compliance and asset protection
• Handle tax planning, compliance, and return submissions
• Coordinate annual audits and respond to auditor inquiries
