Position: Independent Bookkeeper for North End Pharmacy
Join North End Pharmacy for Life as an independent Bookkeeper, ensuring our financial records uphold our community-focused vision. This remote role promotes flexibility while you manage vital accounting tasks.

As a part of the accounting team, you'll engage in thorough bookkeeping, averaging 15–20 hours per week, while collaborating closely with our CFO. Your expertise will drive accurate financial recordkeeping by processing transactions and reconciling accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable invoices

• Conduct thorough reconciliations of financial accounts

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

• Keep financial records organized and accessible

• Work with the CFO on financial reporting needs

Requirements:

• Certificate in Accounting or similar discipline preferred

• At least two years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficient with Sage Accounting tools

• Strong grasp of financial principles and practices

• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
