With 5-8 years of experience in accounting and a strong grasp of US GAAP, you will support month-end close activities and internal audits, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

• Conduct detailed variance analyses for financial reports

• Investigate discrepancies and propose solutions

• Support SOX controls and audit requirements

• Mentor team members and improve accounting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and SAP required

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
