Bookkeeper

Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper ON
Join a dynamic team in London, Ontario as a Full-Time Bookkeeper. Leverage your Quick Books experience to manage financial transactions and produce accurate reports for management.

This role requires a post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting and a strong proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office. You'll be responsible for recording transactions, maintaining bank records, conducting monthly reconciliations, and processing payroll among other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate thrives on attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in Quick Books

• Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts

• Process payroll and ensure timely reporting

• Assemble year-end information for internal accounting

• Generate and prepare financial reports for management review

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in accounting

• One year of bookkeeping experience preferred

• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
