Location: Southwestern Ontario
Become an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Sarnia, ON, for a 6-month contract focused on efficient invoice processing. This position emphasizes compliance and vendor relationship management.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle vendor invoice processing while adhering to established procedures. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, facilitating effective communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process vendor invoices according to internal policies
• Ensure invoices are coded and documented correctly
• Monitor contract expenditures and compliance
• Generate cash disbursement vouchers with approvals
• Manage vendor inquiries regarding payment status
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
