We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist in multiple accounting tasks at Miller Thomson. This role demands a blend of skills in billing support, A/P, and A/R processing, as well as effective coordination of e-billing issues. Your ability to manage financial audits and support numerous projects will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate month-end billing and approvals

• Process invoices through electronic billing systems

• Manage the coordination of e-billing issues

• Assist with financial reports and audits

• Support bank reconciliations and write-off processing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles required

• Proficient in MS Excel;
Aderant knowledge a plus

• Strong customer service focus and communication skills

• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
