Position: Full-Time Accounts Administrator in Waterloo
Location: Southwestern Ontario

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator who can handle vendor invoices, customer payments, and perform regular financial reporting. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate will support month-end closings and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input vendor invoices into Quickbooks Online accurately

• Conduct monthly cheque runs and process payments

• Make collection calls and follow up via email

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly management reports

• Assist with bank reconciliations for financial accuracy

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

• Relevant experience in bookkeeping or administrative duties

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Quickbooks Online experience is a plus

• Must hold a valid work visa for employment
