In this crucial role within the U.S. Tax Practice, you will handle compliance engagements for multinational clients while resolving U.S. and cross-border tax issues. Your efforts will drive efficient tax return preparation and help strengthen client relationships as you coordinate with EY professionals across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage U.S. tax compliance for diverse multinational clients

• Review and ensure accuracy of tax returns and documents

• Conduct insightful research and draft U.S. tax memoranda

• Provide advisory services on cross-border tax challenges

• Mentor and develop professionals across engagement teams

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or related field

• 5+ years of direct U.S. tax experience

• Expertise in managing and developing junior staff

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Commitment to continuous learning in tax landscape
