Position: Financial Operations Assistant Controller Role

Supporting the Controller and Director of Finance, this role involves maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Your detail-oriented and collaborative nature will facilitate effective internal controls and compliance with financial standards critical for the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

• Assist with financial statement preparation

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes

• Support cash flow tracking and bank reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with Canadian GAAP and IFRS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 4+ years in accounting, ideally within manufacturing

• Deep understanding of accounting principles

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with ERP systems preferred
