Lead Internal Auditor at MEDA

The Internal Auditor position is pivotal for MEDA, focusing on enterprise-wide risk and compliance in our international operations. With a robust background in internal auditing and risk assessment, you will drive the audit strategy and execution. Your expertise will ensure that MEDA meets compliance standards while contributing to impactful poverty alleviation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present the annual internal audit plan

• Execute audits across various organizational levels

• Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements

• Utilize data analytics for enhanced audit techniques

• Report key findings to the FAR committee

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of related experience

• CPA, CA, CIA, or equivalent certification required

• Experience in multi-country operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
