Position: Senior Associate - Outsourcing in Central

You will handle a diverse client portfolio, including management accounts, bookkeeping, and client advisory work. The role emphasizes strong client contact, process improvements, and supervision of junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review management accounts monthly and quarterly

• Review statutory financial statements under FRS 105 and FRS 102

• Manage client onboarding and documentation processes

• Supervise bookkeeping reviews and junior team members' work

• Assist in cash flow forecasting and budget preparation

Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualification required

• Minimum 3 years' experience in accountancy practice

• Proficient in Xero and Excel

• Strong attention to detail with deadlines

• Proven ability in client communication and technical matters
