Step into the Corporate Controller role at WINMAR® in London, Ontario, overseeing accounting functions and enhancing compliance with Canadian standards. This leadership position requires strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

You will manage BELFOR Franchise Group Canada's financial reporting while leading a dedicated accounting team through various financial closures. Your CPA background and leadership experience will be key in coordinating budgeting processes and monitoring financial performance while improving overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial close processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Generate timely financial statements adhering to ASPE/IFRS

• Conduct variance analysis and present results to executive leadership

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• 3–5 years of controller experience

• Familiarity with Canadian taxation and auditing

• Expertise in financial systems, preferably JD Edwards
