Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Quick Books
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices in a professional setting
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books is essential
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and prepare clear reports
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
