Hybrid Premium Allocation Specialist Role

Location: Southwestern Ontario

In this position, you will utilize your expertise to review and validate billing data while ensuring accurate premium allocations across administration systems. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you will support suspense management and assist with premium renewals amidst other finance-driven tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate non-complex billing and commission work

• Prepare and complete accounting including journal entries

• Summarize and balance client premium statements

• Allocate client payments accurately in administration systems

• Support financial reporting and billing inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Excellent attention to detail for financial data accuracy
