Candidates must possess strong experience in Quick Books Online, Excel, and various office technologies. Familiarity with Xero, Sage, Hub Doc, and Square is considered an asset for enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts and bookkeeping tasks accurately
• Utilize Quick Books Online for financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial documents diligently
• Assist with various office technology applications
• Support in streamlining office bookkeeping processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Quick Books Online is essential
• Proficiency in Excel and other office technologies
• Familiarity with Xero, Sage, Hub Doc, or Square is a plus
• In-person work commitment at Strathroy location
• Open to both part-time and full-time work options
