Join Power Co’s transformative team as a Specialist in Service Control in St. Thomas, Ontario. This full-time onsite role emphasizes cost management and performance oversight in a cutting-edge electric vehicle battery facility.

The Specialist supports financial controls by reviewing contractor documentation, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. You will engage with various stakeholders to monitor project performance and resolve discrepancies promptly. This role is crucial to the financial integrity of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify contractor invoices and progress reports

• Maintain an invoice tracker for financial reporting

• Coordinate invoice approvals via Oracle Aconex

• Track expenses and progress in SAP S/4

HANA

• Generate regular reports for project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred

• 3+ years in contract administration or construction

• Proficient with SAP S/4

HANA and Oracle Aconex

• Strong Excel data tracking abilities

• Knowledge of Ontario’s Construction Act
