Financial Accountant for Property Investments

An exceptional opportunity awaits as a Financial Accountant in a Family Office located in North London, focusing on property investments. Utilize Xero and Sage software to ensure smooth financial operations across several statutory entities.

In this stand-alone role, you will oversee low-volume accounting for approximately 10 entities. Your accountabilities will include processing monthly transactions, conducting reconciliations, and preparing management accounts. Meeting statutory requirements, including VAT returns and year-end auditing processes, will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly transactions for payables and receivables

• Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare VAT returns

• Produce detailed monthly management accounts

• Handle intercompany reconciliations efficiently

• Prepare year-end files for audit purposes

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA qualified or equivalent

• Experience with Xero and Sage accounting software

• Previous multi-entity exposure is advantageous

• Property or accounting practice experience beneficial

• Analytical skills for financial modeling preferred
