Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out thorough credit reviews for customers

• Manage customer data updates in ERP systems

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices on time

• Track and follow up on outstanding account balances

• Facilitate resolutions of customer billing issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred

• At least 3 years in accounts receivable and credit management

• Experience with ERP systems like Epicor and SAP

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and SUMIF

• Strong collaborative and communication skills
