Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in automotive accounting while working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Position: Full-Time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: One-hour unpaid lunch break
• Wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
• Assist with daily deposits and payment processing
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments
• Support month-end accounting procedures
• Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required

• Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is preferred
• Entry-level applicants with strong organizational and computer skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel experience is an asset)
• Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset, but is not required
