As Controller, you will support the key leaders and manage finance staff while maintaining adherence to essential controls. This role needs a CPA with at least five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and a knack for leadership. You'll analyze financial statements and ensure efficient processes are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial confidentiality and document integrity

• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy

• Approve reconciliations and support audits

• Supervise payroll and manage account payables

• Lead improvements in financial processes

Requirements:

• CPA certification mandatory

• 5 years of finance experience in manufacturing

• Leadership experience of 3 years minimum

• Competency in SAP and related software

• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
