Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in automotive accounting while working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Position: Full-Time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Lunch: One-hour unpaid lunch break
- Wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
- Assist with daily deposits and payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments
- Support month-end accounting procedures
- Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required
- Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is preferred
- Entry-level applicants with strong organizational and computer skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel experience is an asset)
- Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset, but is not required
