Exciting intermediate accounting position for graduates with expertise in HST and reconciliation. A great chance to apply your knowledge using Sage while managing key financial tasks.

This role welcomes recent graduates who have completed accounting certification and are ready to tackle intermediate duties. Responsibilities include daily accounting entries, accounts payable management, HST return preparation, and conducting bank reconciliations. You will also prepare financial statements and, after mastering our systems, take on further responsibilities related to EFT systems and in-house payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily accounting entries with diligence

• Manage accounts payable efficiently and accurately

• Prepare HST returns in compliance with regulations

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations

• Support the transition of payment systems to EFT

Requirements:

• Completed accounting program with a certificate

• Proficient in Sage accounting software

• Knowledge of tax remittances needed

• Strong drive for accurate reconciliation

• Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems
