Position: University of Waterloo Records Management
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Support the Registrar’s Office as a Records Coordinator at the University of Waterloo, dedicated to overseeing student records and enhancing academic integrity and engagement. Contribute to a positive student experience through effective record-keeping.

This role is pivotal for maintaining the student database and involves extensive record management from enrollment to graduation. The Records Coordinator will field questions from students and faculty while ensuring accurate documentation in the Student Information System (People Soft) and maintaining compliance with university policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive management of student records

• Assist students and faculty with academic inquiries

• Index and verify documents in the Document Management System

• Compile reports to track records processing stages

• Facilitate faculty petitions and manage graduation data

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent experience

• Background in student record management essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks
