Administrative Support - Receptionist
Who We Are:
Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) coordinates access to services and supports for adults with developmental disabilities across Southwestern Ontario and helps coordinate services for children and youth with complex needs. Through collaboration and community partnerships, CSCN supports individuals and families in connecting with the services they need.

What You Will Do:The Receptionist will be responsible for general administrative tasks. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing front-desk support by answering calls and welcoming visitors
- Performing administrative duties including photocopying, emailing, faxing, database updates, and digital records management on behalf of CSCN staff, as requested or required and ensuring appropriate security and confidentiality
- Coordinating office supplies for multiple CSCN locations
- Providing exemplary customer service to clients, visitors, and partners
- Overseeing office maintenance and liaising with building management and security personnel, as required
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including conference registrations and accommodation bookings for staff
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on reception or office experience with a post‑secondary diploma or certificate in office administration or a similar discipline along with the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Detail‑oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to handle frequent interruptions
- Experience supporting vulnerable or at‑risk populations
