Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the master teaching schedule

• Manage course, exam, and room scheduling

• Validate and reconcile scheduling data accurately

• Coordinate examination schedules with the Registrar’s Office

• Provide support for curriculum submissions and reviews

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years in academic scheduling or administrative coordination

• Proficient in scheduling software and student information systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with university academic policies
