As the Scheduling and Curriculum Coordinator, you will manage all scheduling, curriculum, and examination tasks across the Faculty of Arts. Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop class schedules, streamline academic processes, and ensure compliance with university policies. Your analytical skills will help monitor trends in space usage and resource allocation while supporting timely exam coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the master teaching schedule

• Act as liaison with faculty and Registrar’s office

• Manage course and exam scheduling, resolving conflicts

• Ensure curriculum information dissemination and accuracy

• Support room bookings and examine logistics

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in academic scheduling or administrative roles

• Experience with scheduling software and student systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
