This position requires a dedicated professional to manage appointments, maintain office activities, and facilitate conference coordination within the Forensic Psychiatry Program. Candidates should have 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting, and possess strong computer and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and book patient appointments accurately

• Organize office activities and resources efficiently

• Handle program referrals and OHIP billing procedures

• Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff smoothly

• Provide coverage for other Medical Secretaries as needed

Requirements:

• Secondary (High) School Diploma required

• Medical Office Administration Diploma preferred

• 2-3 years related administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software

• Minimum 35 wpm typing speed needed
