Job Description
• Prepare and sort documents and data sheets in preparation for data entry
• Prioritise data entries by maintaining an understanding of the sequencing and scheduling surrounding the data
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Enter customer orders into appropriate database software
• Verify the entry to ensure that accurate data has been entered into the database and make appropriate corrections, deletions and updates
• Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
• Coordinate with supervisor to gather incomplete information
• Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
• Filing as required
• Answering phone calls and greeting visitors

Job Requirements
• Entry-level opportunity ideal for students or recent graduates

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

This is a 3-month contract position.
