Coordinator, Global Mobility at Stantec
OverviewJoin Stantec’s Global Mobility team as a Coordinator, supporting business travelers, temporary assignments, permanent relocations, and expatriate tax compliance across Canada, the United States, India, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with external vendors and initiate tax, relocation, and immigration services.
- Prepare immigration, assignment, and relocation agreements for Stantec employees and partner closely with Talent Acquisition for new hires receiving relocation support.
- Coordinate tax payments associated with International Assignments as directed by the Global Mobility Tax Manager.
- Support the North American immigration team with case management and processes as required.
- Manage the Global Mobility inbox and review, assign, and manage all service request tickets received by the team.
- Prepare business travel letters for employees and support HR in checking visa and immigration requirements.
- Enter and maintain data in Stantec’s Human Resources Information System and Global Mobility files.
- Continuously review and update Global Mobility documents and resources as requested.
- Oversee vendor invoicing and related processes.
- Assist with Global Mobility data reporting and cost analysis.
- Support the Global Mobility team with related projects and day‑to‑day administration as needed.
- Attention to detail, strong research skills, and quick learning.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to set priorities and manage workflow under strict deadlines and competing demands.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

- Minimum of 3–4 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent education and experience.
