Elevate your career as a Programming and Events Specialist with Ivey Business School in London, ON. This role blends event management and communication expertise to create engaging programs for top leaders.
You will play a crucial role within the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management, coordinating and executing a variety of events aimed at driving meaningful stakeholder engagement. This includes round tables, workshops, and signature events leading up to the Centre’s 25th anniversary. Effective collaboration with faculty and external partners will be essential, as well as maintaining operational support for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate programming for round tables, conferences, and workshops
• Ensure successful event logistics and setup
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and budgets
• Engage with senior audiences and track RSVPs
• Analyze post-event data for enhancing future programming
Requirements:
• Degree in business, event management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in event coordination or related roles
• Comfortable working with high-profile stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of financial processes and procurement
