A well-established construction
firm with a strong focus on construction management, general contracting and infrastructure projects across Ontario is seeking a Project Coordinator (Civil Infrastructure). The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting projects from conception to completion, while maintaining accurate records and documentation through the project lifecycle.

• Support the Project Manager and Site-Team with day-to-day coordination of active projects.
• Assist with submittals, shop drawings and document management.
• Track schedules, materials, and site logistics to ensure smooth project flow.
• Assist with budget monitoring, cost forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Track project costs, labour hours, equipment usage and production quantities.
• Oversee change management including RFI's and RFC's.
• Assist with take-offs, work tracking and progress measurements.
• Coordinate with trades, coordinators, and suppliers.
• Contribute to maintaining safety, quality and compliance across the project.

• 4-6 years of experience in heavy civil projects.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure construction scopes (
  earth works, underground utilities, and traffic control
  ).
• Post Secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology or Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
• Experience with project scheduling, document control, and project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
