Senior Estimator​/Project Manager

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role has full responsibility for managing full-cycle construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling and project coordination from pre-construction to closeout.

• Manage project execution by providing direction to the project team, appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teams from pre-construction through closeout
• Lead project meetings, prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, and obtain subcontractor pricing
• Participate in tendering and procurement processes
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, track change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Responsible for ensuring projects are within budget and on schedule
• Communicate effectively with internal/external project teams, and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction
• Prepare closeout documentation and coordinate project turnover

• College/University Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology or Construction Engineering Technology Management (PMP, CCM, CET, PQS) or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years experience working on industrial, institutional or commercial projects
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, attention to detail/deadlines
• Excellent communication (written/verbal/electronic) and interpersonal skills
• Effective team layer with demonstrated abilities to motivate staff at all levels
• Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
• Ability to travel to job sites, valid drivers license
• Proficient in MS Office;
