Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crews on paving work sites

• Set up materials, ensuring correct grading and compaction

• Operate construction machinery effectively and safely

• Collaborate with the project management team on timelines

• Maintain a clean and safe job site according to regulations

Requirements:

• Valid G license required; DZ or AZ is advantageous

• Proven foreman or lead hand experience

• Prepared to travel during weekdays

• Skills in equipment maintenance and repair preferred

• Adaptability to varying weather conditions in job performance
